A recent news item from Triathlete.com says some folks want to do for Ironman what Nike did for marathon with their Breaking2 project. I thought running behind cars made the run irrelevant. The Sub-7 project wants to include the same kind of tricky, to include drafting on the bike behind pacers. Well, Nike has sold a lot of shoes.
In this blog post I describe my run warmup drills. Keep in mind that older athletes need more time to get the motor warmed up. I find that fifteen minutes works well for me. Your mileage my vary.

The updated Winds of Hawi website is ready for an open house. All of my planned sections are filled in, at least enough to get started. Honestly, I get that this will be a never ending project. Technically the one thing I am unsatisfied with is the menu system. To get what I want will require adding a module and that is another kettle of fish I would rather not stir for the time being.
